FREE DELIVERY ON ALL PRODUCTS

Order Processing
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM (UK time) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are shipped the next working day.

Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and UPS. The courier is selected based on your location, order weight, and size. All orders include tracking details, which are emailed once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier conditions.

Next-Day Delivery
Next-day delivery options may be available at checkout depending on your location and the time of your order.

Shipping Delays
While we aim for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier disruptions

Weather conditions

Incorrect or incomplete address details

Customs processing (for international orders)

We will assist with tracking and resolving courier delays where possible.

Failed Deliveries & Re-shipping
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your item is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the packaging and product. Claims must be made within 7 days of expected delivery to be eligible for resolution.
