Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@belofay.co.uk with your order number.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in resalable condition
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Used, damaged, or improperly packaged items may be declined or refunded at a reduced amount.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
For all other reasons, such as change of mind, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If the item was purchased as part of a promotion or bundle, the refund will reflect the adjusted amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. opened personal care items or mattress toppers) are non-returnable unless faulty. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
